News of a deal made by John Henry in which his organisation Fenway Sports Group (FSG) bought of Roush Racing, a NASCAR race team. The team is to be renamed for the next season as Roush Fenway Racing and with a nice Dartmouth (Monster) Green color scheme. The company already own the Boston Red Sox and 80% of NESN along with other sports interest. Roush racing is a highly successful auto team having won the NEXTEL cup in 2003 and 2004 with Matt Kenseth and Kurt Busch. The team currently fields cars (all Ford badged) in the NEXTEL, Busch and Craftsman series. The six drivers for the NEXTEL team are David Ragan, Greg Biffle, Matt Kenseth, Jamie McMurray and Carl Edwards. Now you have a reason to watch NASCAR! Go team Fenway!
