Seems to me, that the problem with the Bruins is consistency. They show moments of excellence like beating three Canadian teams in a row (Ottawa, Vancouver, Montreal) and they they just lose it all like last nights 5-1 loss against Toronto. Tim Thomas was just looking perplexed as pucks shot passed him. I mean I can understand when Hannu Toivonen lets pucks in, but I have developed a lot of respect for Tim Thomas and I was really disappointed. Nevertheless, Toronto were playing with some intensity and looked pretty good out on the ice. There is still time though for Boston to bring it all back together to their form they had a couple weeks ago (maybe is just the Christmas turkey slowing them down) and make the playoff bracket. Even though the B's have returned to bottom of the Northeast division they are only 8 points away from Montreal. Anything can happen B's fans!

indeed :-S
THing is though...maybe Thomas just happened to have an 'off game' so long as he gets a shutout next game I don't think there's much we can hold against him! lol
No I suppose not. He has almost been untouchable recently. Just a shame, I would've much preferred an 'off day' to a non-deivision team. We still have time... and we still have fans, unlike Pittsburgh. The question is, will Boston ever become a hockey town again like it was during the Orr era?
