The first game of the season starts tonight with a cross town game between the Red Sox and the Minnesota Twins (cross-town meaning they are both from Fort Myers). To start will be Curt Schilling, likely for 2 innings or 35pitches (whichever comes first). Also likely to be pitching tonight are Julian Tavarez and Joel Piniero, trying to get the Closer role. The lineup consists of what should be a starting infield with a different outfield. Instead of Drew, Crisp and Manny, it will be Mo Pena, Ellsbury and Murphy. Here comes the season! GO SOX!
