Sox ticket warning.

If you are planning to get to Fenway this year, the easiest way is to book tickets online. They are released on Saturday at 3pm GMT or 10am ET. The online waiting room is long (I've spent 6hrs in it) and tickets WILL go very quickly. Don't be surprised by numerous sellouts by Sunday. I recommend getting the tickets online, if you decide to wing it and just see what's available when you get there, you are gonna have to pay a huge premium with scalpers and places like stubhub ($100 for standing room). A tip is to wait until the third-ish inning and street scalpers will sell tickets at face value. Remember, if you think you can convince yourself to not buy expensive tickets before you go, the passion will take over and you will end up buying tickets anyway. Don't worry if you haven't booked accommodation or flights yet, they are much more available than Sox tickets. We tend to book Sox tickets before flights, so plan properly. Go Sox. Starting to get the new season jitters. Woo.
